Dalio Philanthropies is committed to fostering economic opportunities, advancing financial inclusion, and empowering individuals on their journeys toward self-sufficiency.
As long-time supporters of organizations such as Grameen America, Robin Hood, and Accion International, we aim to uplift underserved communities by providing access to resources that build capacity, self-sufficiency, and resilience.
Grameen America, a United States-based microfinance organization, is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through access to affordable capital. To date, Grameen America has supported over 200,000 entrepreneurs, investing over $5 billion in capital to emerging businesses with a repayment rate of over 99%. Robin Hood, New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization, aims to elevate people out of poverty by applying impactful and strategic solutions in the community.

Dalio Philanthropies also champions social entrepreneurs, particularly those strengthening the self-sufficiency and resilience of communities in the United States. This effort includes exploring innovative philanthropic models like impact investments, which allow investment dollars to be recouped and reinvested for sustained impact.
As part of this commitment, we support Acumen, an organization that uses an investment-driven approach to ensure everyone has access to essential goods, services, and opportunities. Additionally, we participate in impact investment funds such as the Accion Frontier Inclusion Fund and the Global Health Investment Fund to amplify our efforts in driving meaningful change.
